Do you provide tracking number?
A tracking number is provided in the shipping confirmation email.
How are the items shipped?
Framed prints and original work on stretched canvas are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a secure box. Unframed prints and unstretched canvases are shipped flat or rolled in a secure mailer. However, if there are sculptural embellishments on the unframed print, it will be padded with foam and shipped in a secure box.
All prints are shipped via Canada Post. Original work is shipped via FedEX.
What's your exchange and return policy?
